I froth the milk in high then in cold to get a decent foam for my morning cappuccino. The keys some times do not start. Really downgraded version of the previous model. I have considered returning it. It is not faster than the previous version either. If any thing, energy wise it consumes more with worst results.Update: 04/20/12. I kept it and gave it a chance, but I think is dying on me now. After 4 months of daily use, twice a day... I had perfected the process of one heating cycle with two cold cycles... now the froth is getting weaker and weaker. 06/21/2012.. Update. One thing I can say about Jura Capresso is the EXCELLENT Customer Service. Jura Capresso replied to my comment, I called them and sent my machine back to them. Yesterday I got the in the mail the previous model.
